1. Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
1.2 Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at addsuretech@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to send back your item.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RAN.
2. Refunds
2.1 Eligibility

Refunds will be processed for items that meet the return criteria outlined above.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2.2 Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-6 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at addsuretech@gmail.com
within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
