Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be processed if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform and the shipping process has begun, or if the product is already out for delivery.
In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report it to the customer service team of AddSure Tech India Private Limited within 7 days of delivery. Your request will be processed once the seller/merchant verifies and confirms the issue.
If the product received is not as described on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, you must notify the customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, AddSure Tech India Private Limited will take an appropriate decision.
Products with Manufacturer Warranty
For issues related to products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer directly as per their warranty terms.
